The appeals can be submitted to the Board by:<\/p>

  • Civil servants of Kosovo and<\/li>

    How can you appeal to the IOBCSK? <\/div><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg><\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg><\/span>\n\t\t<\/span>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/summary>\n\t\t\t\t

    The civil servant, or the candidate for employment at the civil service, who is dissatisfied with the decision of the employment body, shall be entitled to submit an appeal to the Board for the alleged violation of the rules and principles of the legislation for the civil service of the Republic of Kosovo.<\/p>

    The appeal can be submitted in the following ways:<\/p>

    • Directly to the Council;<\/li>
    • Through the mail;<\/li>
    • Through the webiste.<\/li><\/ul>
